In partnership with USA Fencing and Parafencing, our team is also offering individual photo package services to athletes. 

With this package, you receive photography coverage from your first bout to your last, and an album with a minimum of 20 edited photos from your day. Example photos can be found: HERE

Q: What’s included in my photo package?

A: Photo coverage includes a mix of “standard” and creative photos starting in pools and continuing through your final bout. You are guaranteed a minimum of 20 photos in your album. 

Q: When and how will photos be delivered?

A: Albums will be delivered via PixieSet within 2 weeks following the end of the event. You will receive an email with an access link when your album is ready. Note: PixieSet delivery emails are sometimes flagged as spam. Please keep an eye on your spam folder.

Q: Can I purchase photos during or after the event?

A: You may purchase a photo package the day of your competition, at any point. Package cost is the same regardless if you purchase at the start of pools or right before a semi-final bout. Photos cannot be purchased after the event as we are not able to guarantee universal coverage of every athlete during the tournament. 

Q: Can I purchase photos for my club?

A: If you are looking to purchase club coverage for an event, please reach out to us and we can work with you to create a package that fits what you’re looking for.
